How do I make an appointment for someone else?
First start by selecting the service, date and time that works best for the person attending the appointment. Montana Massage offers 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions.
When filling in appointment information please book with your information. This is going to make it easier if the booker and the person coming to appointment are both clients. If the individual, you are booking for already a client and you want to use their information you will need access to their phone to receive a code that will link the reservation to their account.
If you would like to pay with the card used at time of booking make sure to click “I authorize Montana Massage LLC to save this card on file for future purchases.” (Indicated on photo with yellow arrow.) If this is not clicked, the card used to book is only saved and can only be used if the client is marked as a no show. If the card is not saved Montana Massage will assume that the person coming to the appointment will be paying with cash, check or a physical card at the end of the appointment. Please remember Montana Massage LLC does not accept electronic payments such as but not limited to Venmo, PayPal or Apple Pay.
In the section labeled “Appointment note” please add the persons information who will be receiving services. This should include their name and phone number. To use card on file, tip amount or if they will be paying cash, check or with a physical card at time of appointment. (Indicated with yellow are in photo.) If no tip amount is included in the note a 20% tip will automatically be added at check out. This also allows the massage to be given as a gift, without the recipient knowing the cost.
Lastly please send cancelation policy to individual that will be attending the appointment.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! You can pick up on site, or we would be happy to mail for a small fee.
When picking up in office - First choose gift card pick up as the desired appointment, then choose the date and time that works best you. Please arrive on time gift card appointments are short. If you are not on time and I am with another client I will not be able to get you the gift card.
If you would like the gift card to be mailed - First choose gift card pick up as the desired appointment type then make sure choose the soonest available date and time, this assures it is sent out promptly. Fill out the appointment information with your information. In the appointment notes section please include the length of massage you are wanting to gift, how you want the envelope addressed. If you would like us to fill in who the gift card is to and from, please include that information. Please remember these are old school paper gift cards and there is not a lot of room for lengthy notes.
Make sure to click the box “I authorize Montana Massage LLC to save this card on file for future purchases.” Montana Massage cannot run your card unless this box is clicked. Where is Montana Massage LLC located?
Montana Massage is located upstairs on the second floor above Livingston Home Outfitters. To Access use the door to the right when facing the building. The Door does have a coded lock but is kept unlocked during business hours. The elevator can be located if you take an immediate left after entering the door past the mailboxes and bike storage area.
Where can I find Montana Massage LLC’s cancelation policy?
The cancelation policy is available when booking the appointment. It will also be sent to the booker via text and email multiple times prior to appointment. To view with in the text, you have to open the link in the message. To view within the email just scroll past the appointment information. Reminders with the cancelation policy will be sent out when appointment is booked, 48 hours, 24 hours and 1 hour before the start of the scheduled appointment.
